Your fic does need to be complete at the time of submission. It must be over the mandatory word count and fit the brief of the prompt. If you think you'd like to continue your one shot into something larger, mark it as a series to be continued later!

Rules of the Exchange
There is a 3,000 minimum word count and a 9,000 maximum word count for any submission.
Your submission must be a complete work and must fit the brief of the prompt, including to keep in mind giftee squicks and hard nos.
All gift receivers MUST respond with a comment and a kudos to their gift fic by the scheduled deadline.
If you have to drop out, you must inform the moderators of our server as soon as possible.
You must gift your fic to your gifted on AO3. If it will not allow you, please contact the mods directly and we will ensure that your giftee turns their gifts on.
All fics must be correctly tagged with their content warnings.
You must be a part of the Rutag Discord Server, which is linked here, to ensure we can contact you with updates as needed. Please also ensure you check your DMs regularly.
